What does Ti-Hi mean?
Ti-Hi is warehouse shorthand for a pallet's loading pattern: Ti is the number of cases in one layer (the 'tier'), and Hi is the number of layers stacked on the pallet ('high'). Multiplying Ti x Hi gives the total cases per pallet.
How is Ti-Hi calculated?
Ti is found by fitting the case footprint into the pallet footprint as densely as possible, testing multiple orientations and layouts. Hi is the pallet's maximum stack height (or weight limit) divided by the case height, rounded down.
